Overview

myPixelVault is built on one principle: your files are yours. All 16 image and video tools run entirely in your browser. No images, videos, or file content are ever transmitted to our servers.

What We Do Not Collect

  • Your images or videos — they never leave your browser tab
  • File names, file contents, or processed output
  • Account data (no accounts are required)
  • Payment information
  • Precise location or device identifiers

What We Do Collect

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. This collects aggregate, anonymised traffic data including:

  • Pages visited (URL paths only — no file content)
  • Approximate geographic region (country/city level)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Session duration and navigation patterns

This data is used solely to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and sessions. These are analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising, tracking, or functional cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic analytics with IP anonymisation
  • Google Fonts — typography (fonts loaded from Google CDN on page load)
  • Netlify — hosting and CDN (serves HTML/CSS/JS files; no image data)
  • Web3Forms — contact form submission processing

Data Retention

Since we do not collect image or personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's standard policy.

Your Rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. As we collect only anonymised analytics data, there is no personal data to action. For any privacy queries, contact us at m2a2.mail@gmail.com.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
