By accessing or using myPixelVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
myPixelVault provides free, browser-based image and video processing tools. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.
Permitted Use
You may use the Service for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including:
- Editing, resizing, compressing, or converting images for personal or business use
- Removing metadata from images before sharing
- Generating passport-style photos for personal identification
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Process images that violate applicable law or third-party rights
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
- Use automated scripts to bulk-access or scrape the Service
Intellectual Property
The myPixelVault name, logo, code, and content are owned by myPixelVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to any images or files you process using the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myPixelVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
