Image to PDF use cases

👔 Legal and professional documents

Solicitors, accountants, and HR professionals frequently need to convert scanned document images or photographs to PDF for filing, emailing, or archiving. Converting locally means sensitive document images never pass through cloud servers.

🏠 Real estate flyers

Convert property photos and floor plan images to PDF format for digital distribution to clients and portals. Single-page PDFs work for individual property sheets; multi-page PDF support arrives in V1.1.

🛒 E-commerce product sheets

Create simple product information PDFs by converting product photos to PDF for attaching to order confirmations, wholesale catalogues, and retailer data sheets.

📷 Photography proofing

Convert watermarked proof images to PDF for client delivery via email. PDF format preserves image quality better than screenshots in documents and is universally openable.

📑 Presentations and reports

Convert infographic images, data visualisations, and chart screenshots to PDF for including in reports or presenting without requiring the original application.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put multiple images in one PDF?
Multi-page PDF support is coming in V1.1 via jsPDF integration. Currently each conversion produces a single-page PDF. For multiple images, convert individually and merge the PDFs using a PDF merge tool.
Does the tool compress my image when adding it to the PDF?
No additional compression is applied. The image is embedded at its original quality. For smaller PDFs, compress the image first using the Compress Image tool before converting to PDF.
Can I convert a PNG with transparency to PDF?
Yes — transparent PNG areas render as white in the PDF. PDF does not natively support alpha channel transparency in embedded images.
Is there a file size limit?
Up to 20 MB source image. Very large images may produce large PDF files. Compress the image first if PDF file size is a concern.
Can I password-protect the PDF?
PDF password protection is not currently supported. This feature is planned for V2.
