Application portals want your signature at exactly 140 × 60 pixels and between 10 and 20 KB — sizes no phone or scanner produces. This tool gets your signature photo to spec in one click, without it ever leaving your device.
The SSC/IBPS signature preset is already selected. Adjust the numbers for any other portal.
The resize is the easy part — the input matters more. Sign with a black or blue ballpoint on plain white paper, make the signature large (it will be shrunk, never enlarged), and photograph it from directly above in daylight without shadow. Crop roughly around the signature before uploading here; the tool then scales it to the exact pixel box and compresses it under the KB cap. A 140 × 60 pixel box is wide and short — long signatures fit naturally, while round or tall signatures should be written wider on paper to avoid heavy white margins.
Black/blue pen on white paper, shot from above in good light. Crop to the signature area.
The SSC/IBPS preset (140 × 60 px, ~15 KB) is pre-selected. Change width, height or KB for other portals.
The tool fits your signature to the exact pixel box on a white background and compresses under the KB limit.
Output is a JPEG that passes both portal checks on the first attempt.

A signature is the most forgeable asset you own. Processing happens in your browser only — no upload, no server copy, no logs.
The tool letterboxes your signature onto a clean white 140 × 60 canvas (or any size you set) — no distortion, no stretching.
Binary-search compression lands just under the portal limit at maximum sharpness.
Photograph, resize and submit from the same phone in under a minute.
